Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, inside out. Skip the fabric softener: it coats the bamboo fibre and the knit stops holding its shape. Line dry flat, away from direct sun. No tumble dryer and no iron on the elastic panels.

Measure the limb at its thickest point, at the spot marked on the size chart in the product photos, and pick the band your measurement falls into. Between two sizes: the smaller one compresses more, the larger one is easier to pull on.
How long does it last?
Worn daily and washed cold, the knit holds its compression for roughly six months. Fabric softener and the tumble dryer are what kill it early.
What is it made of?
Bamboo viscose knitted with nylon and a little elastane. The bamboo is what makes it soft enough to sleep in. The elastane is what holds the compression.
